Bright, refreshing, and seriously smooth—BUMP Pisco Sour brings citrus snap and a frothy finish that feels made for a night out (or a perfect one at home).
What you’ll need
- 4 oz BUMP Brandy
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup (or agave)
- 1 egg white (or 1–2 oz aquafaba)
- A few dashes bitters (optional, but recommended)
Directions
- Shake the base: Add BUMP Brandy, lime juice, syrup, and egg white (or aquafaba) to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard: Shake until the mixture is frothy and cold.
- Strain: Pour into a chilled glass.
- Finish: Add a dash of bitters on top, if using.
Make it yours (optional)
- More tart: Add an extra splash of lime.
- Extra frothy: Shake a little longer before straining.
- Bitters feel: Try orange bitters for a citrus-forward twist.
