What you’ll need
  • 4 oz BUMP Brandy
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup (or agave)
  • 1 egg white (or 1–2 oz aquafaba)
  • A few dashes bitters (optional, but recommended)
Directions
  • Shake the base: Add BUMP Brandy, lime juice, syrup, and egg white (or aquafaba) to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake hard: Shake until the mixture is frothy and cold.
  • Strain: Pour into a chilled glass.
  • Finish: Add a dash of bitters on top, if using.
Make it yours (optional)
  • More tart: Add an extra splash of lime.
  • Extra frothy: Shake a little longer before straining.
  • Bitters feel: Try orange bitters for a citrus-forward twist.
